September - November On-line school registration open
December 4, 2023 On-line student registration open. (A link will be sent to school sites in January)
January 19, 2024 On-line student registration closes.
Friday February 9, 2024 Check in projects at the Wentworth Education Center, 2707 Transworld Dr., Stockton between 1:00pm-6:00pm.
(Projects can be brought in individually or by a school representative)

Project Pick-Up
Schools/Students are encouraged to take home boards after the STEAM Fair project viewing time.
Any projects left behind can be picked up Monday-Friday, February 12th - March 1st, from 8:30am to 4:00pm

- Tri-fold Board or Poster or Project/Artwork Display
- Notebooks for all students
- Abstract and/or Summary (4th - 12th grade only)
Saturday February 10, 2024
- 8:00 - 9:00 am 6th - 12 Grade Student Check In
- 9:00 - 11:10am 6th-12th Grade Project Judging
- 11:20 - 12:30pm Project Viewing Open to the public
**Pickup projects at 12pm to take home - 12:30 - 1:15pm 6th-12th Grade Awards Ceremony (North Gym)
- 10:00 - 4:00pm STEAM Expo
- 12:00 - 1:00 pm K - 5th Grade Student Check In
- 1:00 - 3:20pm K-5th Grade Project Judging
- 3:20 - 4:00pm Project Viewing Open to the public
**Pickup projects at 4pm to take home
4:30 - 5:15pm K-5th Grade
Awards Ceremony (North Gym).
- STEAM Fair Judging between 9am-11am for 6-12 grade span, 1pm-3pm for K-5 grade span. Students must be present. (Students choosing not to be interviewed can submit their projects for participation but will not be eligible for judging. Note: ALL safety requirements still apply (see the STEAM Fair handbook)
- STEAM Expo Family Event 10am – 4pm We will have various STEM activities available to explore including a NASA exhibit, Star Lab, basic Engineering, and much more! The STEAM Fair student projects will also be available to view for 1 hour after judging has concluded.
- STEAM Fair Award Ceremonies- The award ceremonies will be held the same day as the STEAM Fair, 12:30 PM (6th-12th Grade) and 4:30 PM (K-5th Grade). All participants are welcome to attend the ceremonies.
